Return Policy

You can return Nina Peñuela S.A. any product that has a manufacturing defect. It is important that you take into account the nature of our pieces which are mostly handmade, creating minimal differences between each piece that are not considered imperfections.

You will have a period of 14 days from the date you received your order to make the return. If this period is exceeded any damages will be covered by the User.

The costs of the return of the order (such as shipping costs through courier companies) will be borne directly by the User.

Also, make sure your items are returned new, unused, with the packaging and all the labels and documentation of the brand. We will not accept returns that do not comply with our policies and will be returned to the buyer.

To formalize the return, you must contact our customer service team within the time allowed by sending an email to cliente@ninapenuela.com indicating the product or products subject to return, attaching a photograph and a detailed list of defects appreciated in the same.

Once we verify that the order is in good condition, we will proceed to return the entire value paid by the User, making it clear that we will not refund the shipping costs that the User paid when buying the product. Np will return the amounts paid as soon as possible.

It should be noted that all items purchased at discount or promotions from the website cannot be returned.
